Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle order entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all customer orders.
• Communicate with customers fluently in English and French via email, acknowledging and confirming their orders.
• Utilize Chempax software (mini SAP system) to enter Bills of Lading and maintain accurate records.
• Facilitate the processing of customs documents for export shipments.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Department to book carriers for pickups, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
• Verify inventory control and monitor stock status to meet customer demands.
• Assist in purchasing products as needed, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with various teams including Warehousing, Purchasing, Logistics, Account Managers, Sales, and Accounting to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in French and English (both verbal and written).
• 2-5 years of chemical experience in a similar customer service or order entry role.
• Proficiency in using Chempax software or similar systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
